It has been four years and 351 days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 12 times,
and kept over 10-time push-ups for the second straight day.
Actually I've decided to stop doing push-ups for some time because
I got a terrible low back pain yesterday.
I sometimes have a low back pain on my right side, but this time,
I have had one on my left side.
The location of the pain is much wider than the past low back pains.
I don't feel like doing anything......I really wish my speedy recovery.
