Two years and 353 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I did only one set of 17-time push-up yesterday and I kept over 17-time push-ups
for the fourth successive day.
Actually I felt a little warmer early this morning than usual....but now it's
getting steadily colder and colder.
Weather reports say the highest temperature here will only reach 12 degrees.
Anyway despite cold days I'll have to do walking and plan a middle-distance walking.
