Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７＋１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 340 days in a row.
I also kept three sets of 17-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and over one
set of them for the twenty-fifth successive day.
It's sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's still pretty cold although it must be milder
than yesterday's wintry cold.
Today I'm planning to reprovision my PC to make a re-set-up media with a BD-R.
I know it's so troublesome...but I cannot avoid that.
