Two years and 346 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I did three sets of 17-time push-ups for the first time in three days and kept over
one set of them for thirty(Yesterday I made a mistake) days straight.
Although I needed a strong will, I managed to resume jogging-on-the-spot from a total
of eleven minutes, and I really hope to keep it as long as possible.
It's sunny but actually I feel a little cold with the temperatures of around 12 degrees.
The season will begin soon when I have to really be careful about static electricity,
I'm afraid.
