Two years and 338 days in a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I kept two sets of 17-time push-up for the second successive day and over one
set of them for twenty three days straight.
I went to Nagoya Station yesterday to buy "Yukari" but actually I decided not to buy
some because the shops were very very crowded and too many shoppers were forming
long lines.......I didn't have enough time to wait to pay....maybe on another chance.
Anyway weather forecasts say it'll get much colder than usual this evening and tomorrow
morning with temperatures of around 5 or 6 degrees.....I'll really have to be careful.
