It has been two years and 339 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I did three sets of 17-time push-ups and kept over one set of them for the twenty-third
consecutive day.
I resumed one set of 8-minute jogging-on-the-spot for the first time in a long time, and
I really hope to keep and increase it as long as possible.
The lowest temperature in Nagoya this morning was actually under 5 degrees, maybe about
4.5 degrees just like one of the typically cold winter days.
I have not start using electric warming devices yet but maybe I'll have to use some today.
