Vegemite Delight

> Today for breakfast I introduced the host of Early Bird Guesthouse to the Australasian delicacy called Vegemite which is a spread we put on our toast every morning in Australia and New Zealand. New Zealanders have their own local version which is darker and stronger. Vegemite is the (poor) Australian attempt at a response. When asked how he liked it my Japanese host gave a brief response.....'It's salty!'.
珍味!?ベジマイト
今朝の朝食のときあーりーばーどのオーナー、オサムにオーストラリアの珍味のベジマイトを紹介しました。ベジマイトはオーストラリアやニュージーランドで毎朝トーストの上に塗って食べられています。ニュージーランド版のベジマイトはオーストラリア版に比べてさらに色も味も濃くできています。オサムにベジマイトの感想を聞いたところ。。。"しょっぱい!"とのことでした。
