I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and fifty-sixth consecutive day
including the latest five days of 22-time push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it is so greatly sunny today
again in Nagoya that I cannot believe that the weather is
turning for the worse and Nagoya is forecast to see
rainfall late in the evening.
And it must be surprising that Nagoya may see snowfall on
Saturday, which would be pretty sooner than usual.

I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and six days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and three hundred and fifty-fifth straight day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again and there
have been completely no clouds in the blue skies since
this morning.
The current temperature is about 9 degrees and the air
is dry, which makes me feel even colder.
The dryness of the air has made may skis of the left leg
pretty itchy.

It is greatly beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya
although Nagoya saw the second coldest morning with the
lowest temperature of 2.2 degrees.
I have started wearing another winter jacket and I will
have to wear gloves for mid-winter today.
Anyway, I have to renew my awareness that this year's
full-fledged winter cold has begun.

I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just
one time to 22 times and kept over 9-time push-ups for
the one year and three hundred and fifty-second straight
day.

It is pretty cloudy in Nagoya now and it is a little dark.
It looks like it might start raining after a while.
This morning's lowest temperature was 6.7 degrees, which
was pretty warmer than usual since it is about 3 degrees
higher than average year.
I have to get mentally prepared for the forecast winter
cold which starts tomorrow.
