I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and
three hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and forty-fifth consecutive day
including the latest six days of 21-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today and I could
enjoy seeing Mt. Ontake whose top is covered with snow
from a bridge while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace in the morning.
There were almost completely no clouds in the blue sky.
Although I had a sore throat yesterday, just a little,
very luckily, now it has completely gone.
Anyway, I had better not let my guard down against
catching a cold.
