I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and three
hundred and fifty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and forty-second consecutive day
including the most recent three days of 21-time push-ups.

Unlike yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I can
enjoy a generous amount of sunlight though the current
temperature is as low as 7.6 degrees, which is like those
of mid-winter....Anyway, it is cold and it is no wonder
because the lowest temperature was 2.8 degrees this morning,
which is about 3 degrees lower than average year.
Well,... the time may have come when I should start thinking
about the next year's cherry blossoms to survive this winter cold.
