I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and three
hundred and sixty days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fifth successive
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and
three hundred and forty-fourth straight day.

It is greatly sunny now in Nagoya although it was cloudy
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Today again, I am feeling lazy though I don't know the reason.
Maybe....due to the winter cold,....and due to the shortest
day length, which is still getting shorter and shorter until
December 22 or Touji in Japanese.
Anyway, I need to pick myself up by myself.
