I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years and
five days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and fifty-fourth consecutive day
including the most recent three days of 22-time push-ups.

It is greatly beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya
although Nagoya saw the second coldest morning with the
lowest temperature of 2.2 degrees.
I have started wearing another winter jacket and I will
have to wear gloves for mid-winter today.
Anyway, I have to renew my awareness that this year's
full-fledged winter cold has begun.
