I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and fourteen days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and sixty-third day including
the most recent three days of 22-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again and I can
enjoy clear winter sky though it is pretty cold.
However, I have to be very careful since weather reports
say that the most powerful cold air will cover the Japanese
Archipelago on Sunday and Monday and they say that Nagoya
will see a minus 2 and 3-degree morning respectively.
