It has been eleven years and two days in a row since I
broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and fifty-first successive day
including the latest twelve days of 21-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya with plenty
of sunlight, and actually there are completely no clouds
in the blue skies.
Although the current temperature is as low as 11.5 degrees,
I feel that today's winter cold is just a little milder
than yesterday.
However, I have to be careful since weather ladies say that
winter cold air mass will cover the Tokai region on Monday.

To my great delight, today is the eleventh anniversary of
my cessation of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the tenth straight
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and
three hundred and forty-ninth consecutive day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today.
I was able to resume a 50-minute walking yesterday for the
first time in one week and I really hope to continue walking
as part of preparation for another long-distance walking
in winter, which I have never tried before due mainly to
winter cold.
Anyway, if the situation permits, I would really like to try
one in February next year.

Ten years and three hundred and sixty-four days in a row
have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and forty-eighth successive day
including the most recent nine days of 21-time push-ups.

It is pretty overcast in Nagoya but actually I felt that
it was not very cold while riding a bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning.
According to weather reports on the Internet, the current
temperature is as high as 14 degrees, which I think must
be much warmer for a December day than usual.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and three hundred and sixty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eighth straight
day and over 9-time push-ups for the one year and three
hundred and forty-seventh consecutive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya for two days since early
morning yesterday and it has been cold.
The last thing I want to do is wear a pair of raincoats while
I am riding my bike on my way to and from my workplace.
It is really burdensome and troublesome as well as time-consuming.
Anyway, I really want it to be sunny as soon as possible.
