I have been able to do without smoking for six years and three hundred and thirty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and seventy-eighth
successive day including the latest fifty-five days of 28 times of them.
It's greatly sunny again in Nagoya, but actually I feel a little cold.
I hope to do a walking on such a nice day but I have no plans so far.
I feel it's quiet today maybe because I was able to park my bike without
being distrubed by those callous people.
Being peaceful must be being happy for me.
I really hope such peaceful or quiet days will continue for a long time.
