I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and three hundred and forty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the sixty-seventh consecutive day and
at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninetieth successive day.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya after a very very cold yesterday.
The leaves of cherry trees on my way to and from my workplace are
about to completely finish falling.
This year's winter season must have started yesterday.
If I'm not mistaken, the last day with the highest temperature of 20 degrees
is usually November 20th or so....this year's winter has come a little earlier than usual.
Anyway, it might be better for me to try to enjoy surviving winter.
