Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ：a total of １２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Six years and three hundred and fifty days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-seventh
consecutive day including the latest two days of 25 times of them.

It rained off and on yesterday in Nagoya, but today it's beautifully sunny
though the winds are a little strong and very cold.
I don't like this time of the year because the length of daytime is getting
shorter and shorter to the shortest until late December.
This year's Midwinter occurs December 22nd on Friday, just four weeks from today.
I really hope I can cheerfully survive these four weeks.
