Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ：３０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and three hundred and fifty-two days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-ninth
consecutive day including the most recent four days of 25-time push-ups.

It's normally sunny in Nagoya today and I feel it's cold though weather forecasts
say the highest temperature today will be 14 degrees or more.
I hope the forecasts have to be absolutely right since I need much more warmth.
I'm afraid I might have been a heterothermic animal....JUST KIDDING.＾＾；；；
