Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for six years and three hundred and fifty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and at least
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and first straight day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I felt this morning's cold was rather
milder than usual mornings in late November.
Actually now too I feel it's a little warmer than yesterday just like weather
ladies said last night today's highest temperature would be nearly 18 degrees.
I didn't bring three items of clothing to my workplace because I really wanted
to believe their forecasts would be right.
Anyway, I have to enjoy today's milder coldness or a little warmth before this
year's full-feldged wintry cold comes.
