Six years and three hundred and thirty-eight days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the sixty-second successive day and over
15-time push-ups for the two hundred and eighty-fifth consecutive day.
It's beautifully sunny again in Nagoya and I noticed for the first time that
I could see Mt. Ontake far in the distance in the east, which means the air
is clear and winter is right around the corner.
And now the length of daytime is surely and steadily getting shorter and shorter.
Weather ladies say we will see a cold morning with the lowest temperature of 4
or 5 degrees in Nagoya in the near future.....I have to be careful.
