Write-up: Case of vaccination failure was received from a physician (also reported other health professional) via a sales representative on 06-Apr-2014 from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (reference # DE-1577272925-E2014-03061) on 09-APR-2014. Case is medically confirmed and poorly documented. An approximately 14-year-old female patient received a complete vaccination series with three doses of GARDASIL (lot no., route and site of administration not reported) on unspecified dates. Two years later, at the age of 16, she developed cervical carcinoma. Duration and outcome were not reported. Vaccination breakthrough was concluded by the reporter. The patient had no sexual intercourse before vaccination.

（帯状疱疹は潜伏感染している水痘帯状疱疹ウイルスの再活性化が原因）

（ただし、膠原病、骨髄疾患や免疫抑制薬などで免疫機能が低下していると短期間に何回も繰り返す）

Vaers におけるPANDAS　その２

２０１４年、HPVワクチンの後にPANDASと診断されたケースです。カリフォルニア州１２歳の少女。

接種が２０１４年１月、２回目の接種４月１０日の後に、不眠と不安で始まり、その後、ドミノ倒し効果のように様々な症状がでたということです。

学校で、極度に凝視するようになり、教師と学校のナースに神経内科医の診断を受けて小発作てんかんかどうか調べてもらうよう言われたそうです。

症状は、不眠、不安、妄想、（GABA）発作、チック、食物不耐性、慢性疲労、脱力発作その結果転倒、にきび、頭痛、胃痛、めまい、退行、貧血、躁鬱、情緒不安、認知低下、脳炎

２年後も回復していない

Write-up: Insomnia, anxiety, paranoia, (GABA) seizures, tics, food intolerance (gluten free, clean diet, no glutamates) PANDAS/PANS (raw camel milk, frankincense, oregano oil, garlic, and lemons) chronic fatigue, legs would suddenly give out and she would fall, acne, headaches, stomach aches, dizziness, regression, anemia, mood swings, emotional lability, cognitive decline, brain inflammation. (magnesium, lithium, adrenal/kidney/liver support). It began with anxiety and insomnia after second shot (04/10/2014), and that seemed to have a domino effect and all other aspects of health declined with time. Then the school teachers and nurse recommended looking into the severe staring spells she was having by going to a neurologist and seeing if it was petite mal seizures.

一番古いエントリーで、カリフォルニア州の５歳の男の子２００３年、この詳細では、連鎖球菌の感染があり、MMRワクチンとの組み合わせがPANDASを引き起こしたと書いてあります。発作と振戦があり、その後トゥレット症候群と診断されています。

Write-up: Seizures and trmors (less than 48) hours after vaccines. Increased to 50 or more a day. No fever. His seizures are better, but his encephalopathy has evolved into Tourette''s syndrome they feel now. You may have access to medical records- already signed release form to you. Follow up report received on 01/25/2005 indicates patient has not recovered still has tics, ocd''s, siezures, adhd, general anxiety, learning disability, aggression, angry, irritable. Had streop (scarlet fever) in May 2003, strep was still in his system at time of vaccines, MMR and strep don''t mix and triggered his PANDAS.

看護師さんからの報告のようです。

ロタテックを口から与え始めたら、患者の口の周り、目、右の耳が赤くなり始め、頭皮がまだらに赤くなった。

（看護師が）ラテックスの手袋をしていたので手袋を脱いで、手を洗った。医師を呼んでくる間に、発赤はなくなった。

父親の情報によると、患者の母親はラテックスアレルギーがあるということであった。

医師は、ラテックスの手袋をせずに、投与してみるよう言った。

発赤がほんの少しであるが観察された。

投与中止し、医師を呼んだが、隣室から医師が来る前に発赤はなくなった。

（医師が同席で）もう一度試してみたが、耳のそばがすこし赤くなった。投与中止した。耳の発赤は１２分で消えた。

これ以上の投与は中止した。患者は、苦痛はなく、息切れもなかった。

医師同席で、他のワクチンを投与した。何の反応もなかった。

アレルギーの注意を喚起するステッカーを、ラテックスアレルギーおよびロタテックアレルギーの項目に貼ったので、

ロタテックを投与されることは今後ないであろう。

Write-up: Started giving RATATEQ by mouth, noticed that pt. started having redness around mouth, eyes, right ear & blotchy redness on scalp. Gloves were latex therefor took them off, washed hands & by the time I got MD to view the redness was gone. Dad informed me that mom had a latex allergy. MD told to try again without latex gloves. Attempted redness appeared again just slightly. I stopped, got MD, and redness was gone again by the time MD arrived from next door. Attempted one more (per MD who was present) time & noticed a small amount of redness by ear. Stopped. Redness by ear subsided within 12 mins. No more given. Pt. never had any increased woe or shortness of breath observed. Gave other vaccines in presence of MD- 0 RXNS noted. Put allergy sticker on chart for questionable latex allergy & ROTATEQ allergy so no more ROTATEQ will be given.
