　またまた、新プロフットボールリーグ（の構想）である。
　Fall Experimental Football Leagueという名前。Press Releaseを読んでみる。

　New Developmental Football League Set To Play this Fall
　FXFL will serve as a platform for future NFL stars
　New York, May 7, 2014 - FXFL, a new developmental league for professional football players today announced its launch. The inaugural season will kick off this fall with at least six teams playing an eight-game regular season schedule during the months of October and November. The league, headquartered in New York City, will be announcing teams and locations throughout the month of May.

　・この秋キックオフ予定である。
　・10月～11月がシーズン。
　・試合数は8。
　・少なくとも6チーム参加。

　5月中にチーム、本拠地を発表としていたが、されていない。計画倒れかもしれない。

　このリーグについて、Weekly Sports League and Franchise Report（by Dan Krieger）は6月2日号で以下のようにまとめている。
　The proposed new FXFL plans to be a developmental league for pro football players and is looking to start play with six teams in the fall of 2014. The FXFL wants to become the official developmental league for the National Football League and plans to start with teams in New York City, Orlando, Omaha, Portland (OR), Boston and either Memphis or San Antonio.

　同じく6月11日号では以下のようなニュースが出ていた。

　With all of the various proposed developmental football leagues trying to form in the past few years with hopes of becoming an NFL feeder league, the NFL is reported to be interested in starting its own developmental league that could be used for training players, coaches and officials. There has been no timetable established by the NFL, which last operated the springtime developmental NFL-Europe in 2007.
