キャベツとキクイモの葉のバターソテー
バターの風味が美味しい、キクイモの葉のキャベツとキクイモの炒め。
2人前
①キャベツ250gの芯を取り細かく切り、電子レンジで加熱。
②キクイモの葉を茹であく抜きして細かく切る、・人参50g・椎茸100gを切り。
③中火で温めたフライパンにバター20gを入れ、ニンニク1片を加え香りが立つまで炒める。
➃①・②を入れ、塩・胡椒少々を加えてキャベツがしんなりするまで中火で炒める。
⑤鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1/2・オイスターソース小さじ1・酒小さじ1を加え、全体に馴染むまで炒めたら完成。
*好みにより、ツナ缶・や肉類、豆板醬を使うのも良い。

The buttery flavor is delicious, stir-fried chrysanthemum with cabbage leaves of chrysanthemum.
①Take a core of 250 g of cabbage, cut it into small pieces and heat it in the microwave.

⑤ Add 1/2 teaspoon of chicken glass spoon, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sake, fry until it blends into the whole and you are done.
* Depending on your preference, you can also use canned tuna, meat, and bean plate sauce.
