This is one of my favourite desserts.
It is easy to make, and lovely to eat.

It is lovely to look at, with golden sponge on the top
and the lemon curdy sauce underneath...
You can place the pudding in a plate to serve, if you like, or...
You can bake in individual containers
You still get the sauce...
