The other day (July 3, 2014), I attended a "Campus Yose" at the main hall of Sugino Fashion College near Meguro Station.
It was a public recording of an NHK Radio 1 program. There was no smoking room in the hall, so during a break, I found a smoking area and had a smoke.
There were four ashtrays lined up outside.
