It has been eleven years and one hundred and eighty-four
days in a row since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and one hundred and sixty-eighth successive day
including the most recent two days of 24-time push-ups.
It has been quite overcast in Nagoya since early this
morning and it looks like it is going to start raining
pretty soon as it is actually getting darker and darker.
I don't know the reason but I've felt my body is heavy.
So it was very hard to do push-ups and I had to decrease
the number of them.
I'm wondering ..... I might have been unable to have a
good sleep last night.
