I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and one hundred and seventy-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and sixty-first successive
day including the latest ten days of 24-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I
feel that it is just a little cool and crisp.
Very rarely and very fortunately, I was able to have
a good sleep last night.
Just after I woke up, I realized that I achieved
restorative sleep for the first time in a very long
time.
