Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and one hundred and eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and seventieth consecutive
day including the latest two days of 20-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and it is actually pretty
hot to do a walking.
I have felt that my body is still heavy and I cannot
increase the number of push-ups.
Anyway, I have noticed that China is not so much a
country as a company, and therefore, the larger
companies are, the more autocratic they become,
just like even under democratic systems companies
tend to be autocratic.
And psychologically, not culturally or traditionally,
I think that China is not so much a country as a religious
body.
