Eleven years and one hundred and eighty-two days in a
row have passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just
one time to 22 times and kept more than 9-time push-
ups for the two years and one hundred and sixty-sixth
consecutive day.

Continuing from yesterday, it is beautifully sunny in
Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of
twenty-seven degrees.
I am wondering that the Tokai region will enter this
year's rainy season the day after tomorrow.
The worst thing of a rainy season for me is that it
will be very difficult to do a walking.
Anyway, I cannot do anything about weather and I just
pray for its early end.
