I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and one hundred and seventy-nine days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by eight times due
maily to the symptoms of a common cold to 16 times,
and I kept at least 10-time push-ups for the two years
and one hundred and sixty-third successive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since last night.
I must have been lucky because it was not raining
while I was riding my bike on my way home from work,
and, to my little surprise, it began raining just
several minutes after I got home last night.
Anyway, I cannot do a walking today, so I'll do
some desk work.
