I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and one hundred and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the eleventh
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the two years
and one hundred and sixty-second consecutive day.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with the
predicted highest temperature of 28 degrees.
Very unfortunately, I have got a little sore throat
and a little headache with a slight sense of fatigue.
I took some medicine this morning and the symptoms
have been almost relieved by drugs.
I may have had a slight cold, so I have decided not
to do physical exercises except for push-ups in order
to preserve my energy.
