I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and one hundred and eighty days in a row.
I increased the number of push-ups by four times from
the previous record to 20 times and kept greater than
9-time push-ups for the two years and one hundred and
sixty-fourth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday's rainy weather, it is so
greatly sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya.
I feel that it is bright and crisp with cat's paw.
To my relief, the symptoms of a common cold have now
almost completely gone and I would like to resume
physical exercise today and a walking tomorrow.
