It has been eleven years and two hundred and one days
in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and eighty-fifth consecutive
day including the latest three days of 20-time push-
ups.
Very surprisingly or no wonder, this year's rainy
season or Tsuyu ended yesterday, which is the second
earliest since records began to be taken down.
As they say, the first ten days after the end of the
rain season are the most dangerously or deadly hot,
"Tshuyu ake Touka" in Japanese.
So, I really have to be careful to guard against
dehydration and heat attack....as well as the corona
virus, of course.
