It has been ten years and thirty-three days in a row since I
broke my bad habit of smoking.
I decreased the number of push-ups yesterday, due maily to the
cold weather, by as many as 7 times to 15 times, and kept at
least 10-time push-ups for the one year and seventeenth
consecutive day.
It is cloudy in Nagoya now with the current temperature of 2.4
degrees, and it looks like it is going to start raining soon.
I noticed that the cold was much milder than yesterday while I
was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
I am sure that the day before yesterday was the coldest.
I really hope that I will not catch a cold because I am very
afraid that the initial symptoms of a common cold and Covid 19
are alike.
