I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and thirty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and twenty-first straight day including the most recent
four days of 20-time push-ups.
It is sunny in Nagoya and today again I feel that the winter
cold is much milder than usual.
Very happily, weather reports say that today's highest
temperature will be as high as 14 degrees, which means that
people may take off a winter coat.
Therefore, I will bring myself back into good spirits
although I was in a bad mood since I met several crazy drivers
while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
