I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and thirty-
five days in a row.

and nineteenth straight day including the latest two days of
20-time push-ups.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I feel that it is
normally cold with the current temperature of 6 degrees.
Weather ladies said last night that the highest temperature
in Nagoya would be 10 degrees for the first time in a long time.
Anyway, I know well that the colder it is, the more easily I get
angry against callous people including dangerous drivers.
So, I really want it to be much warmer in order to get my
temper under control.
