Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


Ten years and fifty-two days in a row have passed since I broke
free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the nineteenth successive
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and thirty-
sixth straight day.

A little surprisingly, I saw a thin layer of snow on the ground
just when I was about to leave my home in the morning.
I remebered this year's coldest morning about three weeks ago
when the lowest temperature was minus 3.3 degrees.
Compared to that morning, this morning was lesser cold.
Even so,....my fingers were freezing while I was riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.....I am really longing for spring.
