It has been four years and 102 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by no more than one time to
14 times and kept over 10-times of them for the eighth successive day.
It's actually warm while riding a bike on my way to the workplace and
I've noticed that many buds of cherry trees in Nagoya have turned greenish,
which means the long-awaited season for cherry blossoms is just around
the corner......Yes, I have to decide on where to enjoy them this spring.

Four years and 101 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I did 13-time push-ups for the second straight day and over 10-time push-ups
for the seventh consecutive day.
It's been raining since yesterday but the highest temperatures are around
16 degrees, so it's not so cold.
Actually, I reset my PC for the seventh time yesterday since I bought it about
one and a half years ago.
The problem is that it takes unbelievably much time with ADSL 1M.ＴＴ

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and ninety-nine days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the twelfth successive day
including the latest two days of 12-time push-ups.
Very happily, just like weahter forecasts, the temperatures now are rising
toward 20 degrees with a lot of sunshine in Nagoya, which makes me feel
really relieved.
But actually I have to say it's unseasonably warm....I also have to be careful.

kept over 10-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.
It's quite cloudy now and I'm afraid weahter forecasts of rainfall in the afternoon
because I'm planning to do a short-distance walking.
Anyway, finally I experienced an early morning with the lowest temperature of
almost 10 degrees for the first time in a very long time.
I'm sure spring has come.

I was able to keep 11-time push-ups for the third straight day.
It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya today.
I'm really looking forward to next Tuesday because weather forecasts say the highest
temperature on that day will be over 20 degrees.
This prediction must come true without failure!＾＾；；；
Anyway, as I've already enjoyed Japanese plum blossoms, I have to start planing
to enjoy cherry blossoms.
