I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 108 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by one time to 15 times
and kept over 10-time push-ups for the fourteenth successive day.
I walked for a tatal of 120 minutes yesterday for the first time in
a very long time.
It's very cold early this morning with temperatures of below 2 degrees,
which made me feel a little down.
I want to believe weather repors that such a cold morning will be the
last tomorrow......May it be the last really!

It has been four years and 105 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep fourteen-time push-ups for the fourth straight day
and over 10-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day.
I enjoyed some beer last night for the first time in a long time.
I felt relaxed just after having a sip of beer, which really made me
enjoy a feeling of happiness.
Now I'm wondering if beer has an ingredient for a sedating effect.

Four years and 104 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I managed to keep over 10-time push-ups for the tenth successive day
including the most recent three days of 14 times of them.
Very surprisingly and happily, yesterday, Nagoya City declared the opening
of cherry blossoms in Nagoya, about one week earlier than usual.
Anyway the next Sunday will be the full bloom day.
I have to change my plan to enjoy them from April 5th to March 29th.

time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day.
It's greatly sunny again today in Nagoya and it's not so hot or not so
cold with a winter hooded jacket.
I tried to take notes in English while listening English news, but in vain.
Now I'm wondering if I should do that in Japanese because I may be able
to write down notes much more quickly than in English....
At any rate, I have to try.
