It has been four years and ninety-eight days in a row since I quit smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 12 times, and
kept over 10-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.
It's quite cloudy now and I'm afraid weahter forecasts of rainfall in the afternoon
because I'm planning to do a short-distance walking.
Anyway, finally I experienced an early morning with the lowest temperature of
almost 10 degrees for the first time in a very long time.
I'm sure spring has come.
