Four years and eighty-seven days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
At last, for the first time in more than two months, I was able to resume
push-ups from ten times yesterday because the climate has get much milder
than the winter season.
I was a ittle surprised that the ten-time push-ups were actually very hard for me.
Anyway, I'd like to continue them until next winter and increase the number
of them little by little.
