Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Four years and 109 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight day
including the latest two days of 15 times.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and as far as I can see, cherry blossoms
on the way to my work place are beginning opening though the declaration of
blossoming was issued about six days ago.
The color of pale pink is really refreshing and exciting.
Anyway I HAVE TO go and enjoy them the day after tomorrow.
