Daily Routine

Push-ups：１４ times
Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 103 days in a row.
I did 14-time push-ups for the second straight day and kept over 10-
time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day.
It's greatly sunny again today in Nagoya and it's not so hot or not so
cold with a winter hooded jacket.
I tried to take notes in English while listening English news, but in vain.
Now I'm wondering if I should do that in Japanese because I may be able
to write down notes much more quickly than in English....
At any rate, I have to try.
