I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and ninety-six days in a row.
After I resumed push-ups from 11 times, I did them for the second successive day.
It was beautifully sunny yesterday and I went to the Nagoya Agricultural Center
in Hirabari and enjoyed Japanese plum blossms known as Shidare Ume.
They are so beautiful and wonderful.
It was impressive that a bride wearing a white beautiful wedding dress and
a bridgroom in a wedding suit were had taken pictures, surrouned by plum blossoms
in profusion, and they looked very happy to the full amount.

It has been four years and ninety-four days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday due mainly to the wintry cold in the wrong season,
and I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
Very happily, unlike yesterday's weahter forecasts, I'm feeling today's highest
temperature will surely be around fourteen degrees with sunshine.
I really want to welcome such a miss.＾＾；

Four years and ninety-three days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I did 11-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and kept over 9-time
push-ups for the seventh consecutive day.
After an unsual snowfall for March in Nagoya, it has stopped snowing now and
it's abnormally cold, but actually I'm sure I can survive this cold.＾＾；
I have only to endure today's chill, and spring-like days are sure to come
from tomorrow ...... weather officials said so ..... May they be right!

I also was able to keep 11-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and
over 9-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.
Actually, it's cold and windy but sometimes sunny in Nagoya.
Weahter reports say it'll be snowy after 3 p.m. today and tomorrow's lowest
temperature will be one degree.
I really hope this wintry cold is the last ordeal before cherry blossoms.

It has been four years and ninety-one days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the fifth straight day
including the most recent two days of 11 times.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya and just like weather reports it looks like
it's going to start raining pretty soon.
I made a mistake yesterday.
I said it'll get much colder on Wednesday....but I was wrong.
It'll get much colder tomorrow and what's worse, it'll be midwinter-like.
Very unfortunately, weather officials say it may be snowy in Nagoya....OH, MY!

Four years and ninety days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 11 times
and kept over 10-time push-ups for the fourth successive day.
It's greatly sunny and there are few clouds in the blue sky with temperatures
of around 16 degrees just like one of the typical spring days.
On such a nice day, I'd like to go somewhere to enjoy a walking.
But.....we'll really have to be careful because weather forecasts say
it'll be one of the typical mid-winter days on Wednesday.
