Daily Routine

Push-ups：１４ times
Walking：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been four years and 102 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by no more than one time to
14 times and kept over 10-times of them for the eighth successive day.
It's actually warm while riding a bike on my way to the workplace and
I've noticed that many buds of cherry trees in Nagoya have turned greenish,
which means the long-awaited season for cherry blossoms is just around
the corner......Yes, I have to decide on where to enjoy them this spring.
