I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 258 days in a row.
Again, I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 19 times,
and resumed sanding-on-one-foot and jogging-on-the-spot.
Very fortunately, the typhoon did not affect Nagoya but very unfortunately,
repors say there are some casualties in the Kanto and Tohoku regions.
By the way, I've noticed that the angle of the sunlight is getting lower and lower,
which means this year's autumnal weather must be drawing nearer and nearer.
Sweltering nights are continuing, but probably, the end is just around the corner, I hope.
