Daily Routine

Push-ups：１４ times
Walking　：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：１２ minutes

Five years and 241 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time from the previous
day to 14 times, and lengthen the time in jogging-on-the-spot to 12 minutes.

It has been too hot in Nagoya with highest temperatures of around 35 degrees.
Today again, weather ladies say it will reach 35 degrees.
Very unfortunately, I have not had a good sleep at night lately due mainly
to the stress from the certain callous peope rather than these sultry nights.
Anyway, callous people are very harmful and their adverse effects are spreading
further and further, because the recurrence of bad temper will be enlarged and diffused.
Anyway, patience is important.
Or I may have only to become obtuse against the callous people.
