Push-ups：２０ times
Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes

It has been five years and 247 days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 20 times and I hope
to keep this level as long as possible.
I also would like to keep 20-minute jogging-on-the-spot as long as I can.

Well, today's forecasted highest temperature is 32 degrees, two or three degrees
down from the past few days.
In fact, I feel today's summer heat is much milder than usual.
So, I may have to do walking this evening before my legs' muscle has been weakened.
Anyway the Obon holiday period has begun.
I have no special plans but I really hope there will be no accidents in the country.
