It has been five years and 243 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 16 times
and was able to keep over 3-munte jogging-on-the-spot for 12 days in a row.

It's too hot.....deadly hot, indeed.
Weather officials say the highest temperature may reach 37 degrees in Nagoya
today and tomorrow, which is higher than my normal body temperature.
According to the calendar, this year's autumn started yesterday, called Risshu.
But actually, the temperature may be the highest in the year.
