Daily Routine

Walking: 0 minutes
Standing with one leg :0 minutes each

I forgot to do 10-minute-standing-with-one-leg last night, so I have to do it tonight.
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 150 days in a row.
At last fifty days have passed since I stopped doing push-ups due to the really
persistent pain in my right elbow which is still here.
I'm really afraid that my muscle of arms must have been weakened completely.
Now I'm looking forward to meeting my friend for the first time in three years, who
lives in the United States and has temporarily come to Japan.
I'm afraid I can only meet the friend for one hour because of my work.
